We expressly disclaim all liability for any collection of children's data that occurs without our knowledge.

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STAR MOON TECHNOLOGY LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POLICY, YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, OR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS POLICY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Star Moon Technology LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Policy, your use of the Services, your submission of inaccurate or misleading information, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, USA, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this document. For material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our Services or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must stop using our Services.
